ILO and OECD to present updated data on the G20 labour markets
A news conference will be given at the RIA Novosti International Multimedia Press Center on July 17 at 11:00 a.m. by the International Labour Organization and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development to present their joint paper "Short-Term Prospects for the Labour Market and Key Issues in the G20 Countries."
Updated statistics will be submitted for discussion during the G20 Labour and Employment Ministers Meeting and the Joint Finance Labour Ministers Meeting, to be held in Moscow on July 18-19. The ministers will also review the findings of the second joint report by the ILO and the OECD entitled "Addressing the Problems of Employment, Labor Market and Social Protection in the G20 Countries: Key Measures Taken Since 2010."
The news conference will be attended by the ILO Director-General Guy Ryder and the OECD Secretary-General Angel Gurria.
